Conference Registration includes the following:

• Access to all NCC technical sessions, plenaries, tutorials and exhibits (Feb. 21-23, 2020)
• Conference proceeding
• Lunch, inaugural dinner and coffee breaks
• Conference banquet
• Conference kit

Registration Charges:

Early Bird Registration (on or before Jan. 28, 2020):

• Full Registration: INR 12000
• Student Registration: INR 6000

Sleeping Bird Registration (after Jan. 28, 2020):

• Full Registration: INR 15000
• Student Registration: INR 8000

Please follow the instructions carefully before registering:

• At least one author of each accepted paper must register by paying the full registration fee by Jan. 28, 2020 (even if the person registering is a student).
• For authors, one registration covers up to three accepted papers.
• The final manuscript submission deadline is by Jan. 28, 2020, and the program will be finalized right after this date. One author’s full registration will be checked before including each paper in the program and the proceeding.
• The early bird discount applies only till Jan. 28, 2020.
• On-site registrations will be available on the days of the conference- Feb. 21-23, 2020, starting from 8 AM each day at the conference venue. For details, please see below.

Registration Procedure:

The registration will be done through the Continual Education Programme (CEP) portal of IIT Kharagpur. For this, follow the steps given below:

1. Go to Apply for CEP Events.
2. Click the “Sign up” link for creating CEP profile.
3. Verify your email ID by clicking the verification email sent to your registered email ID.
4. Create your personal information profile in CEP. Provide information only for items marked with *. Press “confirm” at the end. By this process you have created a profile in CEP.
5. Once the profile is created, go to the conference page on CEP portal and choose “National Conference on Communications - 2020 (Programs ID: IIT/CEP/CON/CON/2019-2020/EC/2)” and press “apply now”. Select applicant category and fee type. For "Paper/Abstract Title & Short Description" give your EDAS paper ID(s). Uploading paper/abstract file is optional.
6. Press "next" and "confirm".
7. The NCC staff will be checking periodically the applicant's status in the system and will send out email with the title "Shortlisted for the CEP program" within 24 hours. The email will give you the payment link and necessary payment instructions.

On-site Registration:

On-site registration is possible by paying the applicable fee at the registration desk, strictly in the form of a demand draft drawn in favour of "CEP-STC, IIT Kharagpur", payable at Kharagpur. No cash will be accepted. It will be helpful if an advanced intimation is made for the on-site registration, as this will allow the conference organizers to plan for the conference materials.
